Terms of Service
Last updated: August 24, 2026
Welcome to Cue (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. What Cue does
Cue provides real-time bilingual speech transcription and translation. Audio is streamed in real time to a third-party speech-recognition provider for processing.
2. Accounts & access
You sign in with a Google account, which must be on the administrator’s allow list. Each account may have a monthly usage cap.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must have the legal right to record, transcribe, and translate the conversations you capture.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, harassment, or to violate anyone’s privacy.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse the API.
4. Content
Audio is not persisted on our servers. Transcripts and recaps are stored in your browser by default and reach Cue cloud storage only when you choose an upload or share. When text processing is enabled, transcript text from a meeting that reaches the content threshold is sent automatically to a third-party text-processing service to generate a recap. Usage records (time, length, language pair) remain server-side for quota management and analytics.
5. Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes when possible.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” with no warranty of accuracy, availability, or continuity.
